Gluten Free Links

The first link that I have really found helpful in the beginning stages of going Gluten Free is Mary Francis's Gluten Free Cooking school.  Yes she has online classes that you can take.  I'm not ready for that just yet.  But I signed up to get her emails and she has sent me some very benificial emails to help me begin this process.  She also has great little recipe's too!
